Rainy Day Indoor BBQ

Our family LOVES to eat and gather – but we don’t have a lot of time to make big elaborate meals. Over the years, we’ve come up with quick ways to enjoy our favorite meals. Today we wanted to eat outside, enjoy the sunshine, but not deal with a messy grill – so we opted to whip up our favorite BBQ dishes with some fast simple cooking hacks.

Using our favorite meat rub, Spice Spice Baby from Tara At Home, we seasoned up some pre cut Beef cubes. After chopping up some red onion and peppers we had the kids assemble the Kabobs.

Our microwave corn is always a big hit! After submerging the ears of corn in water in a 13×9 Tara At Home baker, we microwave the corn for a few minutes on each side. Drain the water, slather them up in butter and Real Salt – and you have fresh, delicious corn without all the mess!

Today we grabbed a bag of frozen crinkle cut fries, spread them out on a 13×9 Tara At Home Ulimit-Lid and put them right in the oven. Try making Tara At Home “Wild Wild West Smokin BBQ Dip” (See recipe video) as a dipping sauce for a little extra flavor and fun!

For dessert, we whipped up some fresh “No Bake Lime Cheesecake” from our Tara At Home pantry – served up in some mammies, we had individual desserts ready to go!
